Recruitment requirments:

Bachelor Degree

Management and administration

2 years

of Office administrative, office support and other business support activities

- Khmer (Very good)

Other preference:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, Master’s degree is preferred
• 2 years of administrative experience
• At least 1 year of experience in the beverage industry
• Understanding of administrative work
• Knowledge of the beverage market
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office 
• Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
• Good leadership skills
• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills
• Good planning and organizational skills
• Ability to think creatively and innovatively
• Ability to work under pressure
• Valid driving license
• Ability to travel to provinces and station in the upcountry.

Job Description/ responsibility/ duties:

• Prepare necessary paperwork on behalf of Business Manager such as weekly itinerary, presentations, calendar setting, reports, proposals, and contracts, etc
• Follow up with regional offices on the action plans set by Business Manager; provide necessary assistance and coordination to regional offices
• Monitor the performance of sales officers through mobile apps
• Monitor the purchase target of distributors, daily throughput, and sales performance of Beer Promoters (BPs) and then report any problems/issues to Business Manager 
• Attend meetings with Business Manager and take minutes; attend meetings on behalf of Business Manager when he or she is not available
• Monitor and check all documents, including incoming requests, letters, reports, and other relevant documents, before submitting them to Business Manager for review and/or approval
• Conduct resume and application screening of candidates applying for jobs at the company
• Conduct market research; collect data and information related to market pricing and produce reports on pricing comparison
• Organize documents for Business Manager; maintain up-to-date records in the database
• Perform other duties as assigned by Business Manager
