- Compile and work with the procedure / work instruction and other system for all daily production

- Monitor, operate & control brewing, fermentation & filtration production schedule

- Responsible to Monitor & control the usage of production materials in brewing department

- Daily report to trchnical officer

- Do simple daily & weekly maintenance of the machine

- Do quality check of beer at every step of process
Description

- Technical diploma or certificate from Institute or University (ITC or RUA), chemistry field be an advantage

- 1-2 years experience in the beverage industry field

- Knowledge of brewing technical skill

- Having a technical or technological aptitude

- Knowledge of computer application Microsoft office suite
